AMV Automotive Online Store – Return Policy

By purchasing through the AMV Automotive online store, you agree to the following return conditions.

1. Change of Mind
AMV Automotive does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if the item is no longer required. Please ensure products are compatible with your vehicle prior to purchase. Our team is available to assist with product enquiries before you order.

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended, you may be eligible for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

To lodge a faulty or damaged item claim, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, AMV Automotive will determine the appropriate remedy which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

 

3. Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned in the condition received unless the fault prevents this.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • Installation, removal, tuning, or other labour costs are non-refundable.
  • AMV Automotive is not responsible for faults resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

 

4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, AMV will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return shipping costs may be covered by AMV depending on the nature of the fault and in accordance with consumer law.
